At the beginning of every project a dedicated project manager is assigned to follow both internal and external project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination using a wide range software applications.
The project manager is the principal point of contact throughout the entire duration of the project and with the rest of the team he is responsible for the progress of the works, health & safety, drawings, procurement of materials, liaison and support to other trade contractors, resource management, financial valuation, review of issued documents, production of operation description, issuance of documents for approval and cause and effect programs.
